[ic] problem with instalation

Hello, I'm new in interchange and now I tried to install this software,
My steps:
unpack interchange4.6.1
./configure - answering to questions - no error ocurs
makecat
setup as construct ( the first time).
start interchange by su -c "/usr/local/interchange/bin/interchange -r" admin
it creates tables into postgres and is started pid xxxx
now I go to http://somedomain.ext/construct there I can see Welcome to
Construct something
when I try to enter as customer
http://akopia.1stomni.com/construct.cgi/index.html or admin I get error 404
that page can not be found I look into error log and there is>>

/construct.cgi/index.html/construct.cgi/index.html Undefined catalog:
construct.cgi/index.
html
I see, that there is some bad path(double construct.cgi) but I don't know
where to find the resolve :-((
