[ic] discount products

I working on a store that will carry outlet merchandise that will sell for 
around 25-75% below retail. I would like to show the retail cost, our price 
and the savings when a customer browses the catalogue.

I know that Interchange has a way to set quantity discounts. I was thinking 
there might be a way to create a new quantity discount that gives a discount 
for 1 product, then I could use the code already there to show a discount for 
every item.

Is this possible? Any suggestions on how to do this?
