[ic] Shipping Problems

Hello,

	I can't seem to enter in any shipping information!

	Steps:
	------

	1) clicked on 'Create new method" in admin Shipping area
	2) left name as 'new', changed label to 'new'
	3) changed 'Calculate based on this algorithm' to 
	   'Standard shipping by price'

ERROR OCCURS:
-------------

A Runtime Error has occurred.

Error: 'ui_ups' is null or not an object


	Does anyone know what this means?
