Here is what I am getting.
Have you seen this before?
I think it installs the perl lib mods in the
directory with interchange however when perl looks for them it tries the
default server lib folder.
However im not sure.

If you're referring to Akopia Interchange, I'd suggest you reinstall
it. As the package comes standard with the makecat programm.
