[ic] ship_addresses troubles
Hello all,
I am having the following problem. I created a catalog on my local machine,
most everything working, uploaded to remote server. Most everything still
working with a few exceptions.
When you try to add a shipping address at ship_addresses.html, I get the
following error in the log:

value5 /cgi-bin/value5/process.html Runtime error: There
is no row with index '' at /usr/local/interchange/lib/Vend/Table/Common.pm
line 255.
If I go to the UI and into Table Edit: ship_addresses and select a New
Entry, I can add additional address and it updates ship_addresses database,
no problem, no error.
