[ic] Reconfiguration timed out

Hello,

I have two small problems:

1) When I hit apply changes I get the following Error:
WARNING: Reconfiguration may have timed out.
I found a little in the archives about this and minivend but not
Interchange-4.6.1

2) I am trying to add a size option to the "Carpenters Toolbelt"
    I have the can see the options I created in the "Item editor:" (I
created them through the meta link) but they do not show in the catalog.
