[ic] Tags and logical grouping

This is primarily aimed at the guys at Akopia. Is there a list of
logical grouping of the Interchange tags? These tags are for layout
these tags are search related and so on. If so I would like a list by
their grouping. I have started with the old MV 3.14 docs to group but
someone like Mike would know exactly what belongs with what. You can
just mail it to me direct :)
