First, remove all references to credit card auto. Second, check your
catalog.cfg file to make sure that credit-card auto is off, and cybercash
is on. Make sure that you filled out the proper cybercash config
directives (either a version number and a config file name for version 3+,
or the additional data for ver 2) Make sure all of the .pm files are in
your libdir. Verify that minivend is seeing Cybercash when you start the
minivend server. Verify that you are entering a valid test card number if
you have not "gone live" with cybercash, or a real card number if you have
gone live.
