I'm about 1/2 of the way done building my third from-scratch catalog template. 
This new template is far shorter (the order process is held to 3 pages.)  Since
it's so different from the other templates I've created, I've been considering
doing things differently than before.

Up until now, I've been using a file in ./etc/order.profiles to store all of
my order profile information.  I don't really remember why I am doing this, so
I thought I'd ask this question :

What factors should I consider when making the decision of where to store my
order.profiles?  SHould I keep them in one central file, or should I distribute
them to each individual page using the [set] tag?

Anyone have anything to say?
