Not good to run with root.....i dont know if the program will even let
you....anyways, each catalog.cfg specifies the directories for the
catalogs....just specify the virtual domain dirs.....and be sure to put the
yourcatalog.cgi (or yourcatalog for cgi-bin alias).
Remember to specify the new domain in httpd.conf.........

ALL the catalogs will run where they are located right now, so the must
important thing is to change the catalog.cfg accordingly, and the
vlink.cgi....
