[mv] need help with mv-tags

Hi,
I call /catalogs/minivend/pages/mypage.html with
<a href="http://www.my.com/cgi-bin/simple/test.html"; name="test">test</a>
in the testpage I try some mv-tags the only I could run is [area
href=index......]

how is this tag to fire ???

and how display the item
