[mv] undefined value when creat cat

Hi
I try to make a new catalog with makecat, the program promt me for the name
of the catalog I get the errormes.
Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/home/cnuser/mvend/lib/IniConf.pm line 4112
Any help would be appreciated.
