[mv] Runtime error: Package "main" does not exist ...

Can anybody give me a clue what's wrong with my minivend site:
I was getting the following error when selecting the Country
in the check out screen.

The problem went away following a restart of the minivend server.
Any idea why this occurred or what's going on?
