RE: [mv] Computing Sales Tax on County Basis
Another way around this, though admittedly it is not the best for
everybody, is to allow users to browse merchanidse to their hearts content,
but require them to login (creating a new account if they are a new
customer) before filling a cart or placing an order. With the use of a
little form validation during the account setup process, you know that
you'll have required info *before* they get to the checkout page.
