Actually, in the MV4 demo there will be a simple selection variable for
the order style:

Variable ORDER_STYLE  ord
Variable ORDER_STYLE  multi

Pick one. That will be encoded in all of the pages with things like

mv_nextpage=__ORDER_STYLE__/checkout

This will be done by the time 4 is released; the multi/ directory 
that is there now probably doesn't work.
