dynamic technical data on flypages

i'd like to have the length, width, height, weight, speed, power, etc all
displayed on my customized fly pages. i'd like to have all this data pulled
up from a document called techdata.txt. i've created a file called
techdata.txt which contains 3 columns of info:

89099   length  13 ft.
89099   width   4 ft.
etc, etc.

the first number is the products code number from minivend, second and third
are fields to be displayed on the fly page.

from what i understand, there needs to be a looping script added to the
customized fly page which will go and grab all the data for each product
(some products have more data than others) and display it for the customer.
does someone have the code to do this which i can add to my page? thanks in
advance.
