PLZ HELP: Still cannot create SubCatalog

Hi,
	Someone please help me, I still have no luck with creating a
	SubCatalog.

	This is what I did:

	1) Creat a simple catalog in /home/catalogs/simple using
	makecat(tested and working)

	2) Create a sub catalog in /home/catalogs/sub using makecat

	3) copy /home/catalogs/sub/catalog.cfg to /home/catalogs/sub/sub.cfg

	4) Change the relevant lines in minivend.cfg to:

	Catalog       simple /home/catalogs/simple /cgi-bin/simple /simple
	SubCatalog    sub simple /home/catalogs/sub /cgi-bin/sub

	5) Restart minivend server. But cannot access
	/cgi-bin/sub

	The errors are: 
	========> in /home/catalogs/sub/error.log:
	203.63.219.44 - - [06/December/1999:17:00:36 +1100] sub /cgi-bin/sub Runtime error: do not know how to copy
	CODE(0x8b641b8) at /usr/local/mvend/lib/Vend/Util.pm line 652.

	========> in /home/catalogs/simple/error.log:
	203.17.36.12 - - [06/December/1999:16:37:24 +1100] subsimple
	/cgi-bin/subsimple Runtime error: do not know how to copy
	CODE(0x8b63e2c) at /usr/local/mvend/lib/Vend/Util.pm line 652.

	where 203.63.219.44 is my local machine and 203.17.36.12 is my
	proxy server.
