There is never a file called 'process' but there is frequently a
process called 'process' :) You'll frequently a 'process' in the 
URL when the actual page is something like 'checkout', ie
it has been parsed through MV's cgi, 'flycat'. The real 
problem is more likely to be permissions or similar.
