Site looking for home in Holland

We (a Dutch ISP) have built a site using minivend for a middle sized comany
located in Holland. Currently the site is aiming at 15 countries worldwide,
this number will grow in the near future.

Implemented so far are possibilities to browse their (complex) product
offerings and for some countries we recently added shopping fascilities,
that is: orders are e-mailed to the local distrubutor who will do all the
delevery and billing.
The content of the site is determinded by several Excel spreadheets running
locally at the customers office. We developed a VB application that will do
all the necessary translations and takes care of the upload to the remote
web server.

Because we are changing the focus of our company we want to find people that
can take over the maintenance of the existng software, host the shop and all
new development. Allthough not necessary, being located in Hollend would be
conveniant, since (as all sites) frequent contact with the customer is
necessary.

I will be happy to negotiate the conditions and of course help from our side
can be arranged to make the transition as smooth as possible.
