reconfig catalog???

Hi list,

i have search for a solution from the mailarchiv with no success.
The problem is:

- i have an user name like Joachim and hi is the shop owner of the shop
  bol
- i have build an .access and an .access_gate files for Joachim
  (this files is in ...myshop/bol/page/reconfig)
- in the directory ...myshop/bol/page/reconfig, there is a file
  reconfig.html
- The user Joachim goes to his shop with a browser and lo in as an user
  Joachim
- After log in, he call this url

https://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/bol/reconfig/reconfig?ZDe4WMqC;;28

I see the page like

The catalog should be successfully reconfigured.

It seems me, this is right! But a test show me somethings goes wrong.
I have change any word in my locale.asc and the company name.
But not all is displaying correct. Only the company name. But a word
like "Title" is normaly translated to "Titel" (german). I have change
this to "Testtitel". But i can not see "Testtitel". I see "Titel" only.
What is the mistake?

Any changing in my products.asc works well! Any changing in my
locale.asc doesn't work! Why?

I have try to use the reconfig script with

reconfig -e myshop and get

usage: reconfig store_id

What is the store_id? With

reconfig -i myshop

i get "Reconfiguration failed." Why?

I don't want to allow any shop owner to use a URL like

http://www.domain.com:7786/mv_admin

The only one solution is to use the reconfig.html for each shop owner
for his own shop.

But why is the new locale setting not updated?

Any hints, tips and helps are very welcome!
