By 'ordered' do you mean you received the email? Does the
tracking.asc reflect the order also? Do you have email receipts
enabled? It may be PGP failing, it may be sendmail is not happy. I don't
think it is MiniVend failing. It could possibly be a permission problem
with a log file.
