I too had problems with this at first... but after carefully reading the docs it went smooth
without a hitch.
I am no expert, but this is what I did - and it appears to work ok. If there is something in
here that I should have done differently, someone please let me know!
I made a group named apache. I made a user sales who is in the group apache. I changed the
group owner of the files under /home/httpd/ (redhat 6.1) to apache. then I made sure that the
files were writable by the group.
login as the user that will run minivend (sales in this case) and then install.
