file attachments, anyone, please?

Hi,
I sent a message to the list yesterday, but got no answer....im trying
again, please, if anyone could point me to a document explaining how to
attach a file in an email form, or just tell me how to do it, ill be very
grateful....
I want to let the user attach an image in an email form very similar to
feedback.html, but i cannot get it to send it....i just dont know how to
include the command in the /special/feedback.html page....(the one that
actually sends the mail)...
I tried reading the archives first, and docs.....also report.html and tried
to use the mime tag for the credit cards (at bottom of file) without
success.....i think the 'wording' for the /special/feedback is
different.....but i dont know how to do it...
Please, help?
