Wow, nice logging! Any idea where these errors occur? Is it
possible that PGP, Sendmail or Glimpse/search is failing? That's what I
think of when I read 'broken pipe'.
Not sure what the 'duplicate entry' error is about - you might
want to examine your databases. And finally, the header error, I think you
may be able to find some information at the Apache site (apache.org) or on
your machine (if you saved the online docs).
