I need to set up the UPS shipping so for every $100 dollars on an order, I need to add $0.35, i.e., if the total order is below $100 there is no added cost, if the total is between $100 and $199, $0.35 is added, if the total is between $200 and $299, $0.70 would be added, etc. How can I set this up?
