where is [process-tagert] specification?

hi,

 I am working in modifying the creating of a new account . I would like
to add ask for details like name, address....the same as the shipping
address. Once the user finished input user name , password and extra
personal detail will click on the create button which it will call the [
process- target]..once i check the userdb file i can not find the name,
address , and others details inputted.
