If you look at this page http://www.mysql.com/Contrib/ there are many
utilities to that will help you convert your access database. But be warned
that Access does not comply with sql, you may have to work the data a little
before it will convert smoothly.

Hello, my name is Ana Pimentel and I have written you
from Mexico city. I want to work with MySQL but the
original database is in Access. Then, I have to
convert the database from Access to MySQL, but I
