Well, I was quick to add a 'Please Double Check Your Order!' at the top of
my checkout page. If they were not sharp enough to catch something wrong
with their cart, they're probably dumb enough to accidentally add things to
their cart.

When dealing with the general public you will undoubtedly find that most
of your customers are of only average intelligence. ;-) However, in the
e-commerce world the rules are the same as the bricks and mortar (there I
said it) world. The customer is always right. (But sometimes wrong.)
