	Yup.  We're doing something like this at www.townspeak.com.

	You can sign up as a merchant and create as many stores as you like.
You can manage them all through a single login.

	Additionally, each store (catalog) has it's own ID & password
that you can give to each store owner.

	All store management is done via the browser, including inventory
updates, order management, product positioning, etc.

	You can even upload/download inventory and orders into .tsv or .dbf
files.

	Site is based on MV 3.14 & Oracle8 ;-)
