If you're adapting the simple demo, you just need to change the part that
says zip=zip to zip=postcode.  It will then allow Canadian postal codes as
well as US zipcodes.  For more info on this, check out Advanced Multi-level
Order Pages, under the THE ORDER PROCESS section of the minivend docs.
