The MiniVend detection for a 'bad robot' is if the robot requests (I
think) more than 50 pages without a 30 second pause. There is a lockout
command that MiniVend will execute on the IP of the bot if this occurs. If
you're not into IP firewalling you could possibly have MiniVend log the
User-Agent of that particular bot/user/session and place it into your
Apache config to deny.
BTW, Otis, that is a fine example of Apache denying, thank you. ;-)
