Hi,

in /ord/checkout.html:(demo)

[if value country = ~ /(^$;US;CA) /]
                                           ^^^^^^
change this to: AU;NZ        (New Zealand for example...)
              ^^^^

then: <OPTION VALUE="US"> United States
                                            ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
change into:
                          "AU"> Australia
                            ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
similarly: <OPTION [selected country NZ] VALUE = "NZ" > New Zealand (shoud
you wish to make NZ the default country

(Be sure the countries mentioned are in your file country.asc)

Then reconfigure your catalog.
