Your [data session referer] probably looks something like:

   http://www.foo.com/cgi-bin/simple/stuff?abcd;;123

but mv_nextpage expects a page name relative to the "pages/" directory,
for example:

  mv_nextpage=catalog    (displays pages/catalog.html)

  mv_nextpage=ord/basket (displays pages/ord/basket.html)
