Let MV generate the query for you.

	mv_search_field=foo
	mv_search_field=bar
	mv_search_field=baz
	mv_substring_match=yes
	mv_orsearch=yes
	mv_searchtype=sql

Now set your search spec. Of course you still have the %word% problem,
but you can set mv_begin_string

If this doesn't work, export to a text file.
