	I know almost nothing about SQL, but I do know a thing or two about the
Common Gateway Interface.  I wonder if perhaps those %'s cause a problem.
Do they need to be escaped?
	Just thought I'd stab at it, ya know.

	Oh, and one more thing, this line:

	Don't you need to declare what type of INPUT that is?  (HTML)  Something
along the lines of TYPE=TEXT?  I guess that might be a typo.
