v3.11 adding UPS 3 Day,

My apologies for posting on the heels of a similar issue.  I believe I have
RTFM and I'm still lost.

I am running Mvend 3.11 with Perl 5.004.  I tried to add UPS 3 Day shipping.

I added entries to catalog.cfg, shipping.asc and created a file called
3Day.csv

In catalog.cfg, I entered

    upso (in the shipmodes line)

    Database    3Day    3Day.csv    CSV (in the database section)

There is no entry for a .gdbm (I simply copied the other entries, which did
not have a .gdbm)

In shipping.asc I entered

upso    UPS Three Day   weight  0       0       e Nothing to ship!
upso    UPS Three Day   weight  0       0       u 3Day [default zip 98366]
upso    UPS Three Day   weight  11      99      e @@TOTAL@@


I have also created a file named 3Day.csv similar to the other files (I do
flat rate shipping).

Now, when I restart the server, UPS 3 Day doesn't show up as a ship method.
Also, I tried a gdbm entry, but no gdbm file is created when I restart the
server.

I'm pretty sure I must have missed something basic.  Any input (private or
to the list... besides what a moron I am) is much appreciated,
