No Subject

I know this is a perl problem, but it's driving me nuts.  The system is
redhat 6.0, everything works great except for cybercash, I no matter where I
put the cybercash modules, I get the folowing error when the order is
processed:

I have put the cybercash modules in VendRoot/lib, I have also put them in
the perl dir /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl but I continue to get this error.  Any
help is greatly appreciated.
