Big problem, 15 orders entirely missing

My order numbers have a 15 number gap in them, they are entirely missing
with no record anywhere.  The time gap is from 8:24 yesterday am to 2:30
yesterday afternoon, which is a typical time frame to get 15 orders.  In the
error log, I found this error:

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx M45HJDfY:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - [04/October/1999:08:32:17 -0700]
cb /shop/cb/process Runtime error: There is no row with index '005178' at
/home/minivend/mvend/lib/Vend/Table/DB_File.pm line 181.

This error is present 16 times from multiple client IP addresses, during the
time the orders weren't coming in.

If anyone has any idea what could have happened, or anywhere I might be able
to find the missing orders, please let me know.
