Double taxes (GST)

Hi Mike,

First of all let me thank you for sharing Minivend with us, your work is
very much appreciated.

I have a little problem, and I know you must be very busy, so I do not
expect a full explanation, just a clue if it's possible will do.

Here in Quebec (French Canada) we have 2 taxes it's working like:

Tax1 is applied on the cost of the product, tax2 is applied to the total of
tax1 time the product cost.

I have read the docs, looked in the mail list archives, send a few messages
on the mailing list,
and I'm still in the dark.

We are required by law to show the 2 taxes on the receipt of the customer.

Someting like:

Cost:  $100.00
TVQ: $ 7.00    (7%)
TPS: $ 8.25     (7.5%)

Total: $115.25
