form submission is not application/x-www-form-urlencoded

I have MiniMate up & running with partial success...
Whenever I try to use its "file upload/download" feature, I get the
following error:
"Content type 'multipart/form-data;
boundary=---------------------------7908749515406' for form submission is
not application/x-www-form-urlencoded"

Any suggestions will be MOST appreciated!
