Problem Running MiniVend

  Hello everyone.  I just joined this list and I've got a question.  I'm
running (or attempting to run) MiniVend 3.14-3 and keep coming up with the
same error.  The server runs Linux 2.2.12 with Apache.

  The problem comes when I attempt to access the script (I'm still in the
building stage, so it's all with the defaults at the moment).  For some
reason, when the script is accessed, it removes the "/" character that
should appear between the "cgi-bin" and the script name (in this case
"cncp3.cgi").

  I haven't been able to locate anything in the configuration that would
cause the problem (I even re-installed the script and did a complete
reconfigure to make sure that I didn't enter something incorrectly), so my
question is:  Where would it possibly be getting this error from?  I've
added double-slashes in some places and trailing slashes to the
configuration file variables, but I still receive the same error.  Has
anyone else received this?  Anyone have any idea where I might look for the
problem?  Any help is appreciated.  If you need the error message, I can cut
and paste it into an e-mail.  Thanks in advance...
