I have to agree 1000%.  I ocassionally reread sections in the MV docs (even
sections that i have been implementing from day one) and notice ways to do
things that never occured to me do to the first (several) times that i've
read them. (BTW -  I've just recently started re-reading my Photoshop manual
to see if i can dig out some new gems as well)

In addition to the docs i find that going thru the mailing list archives (in
the example of MV) to find "real world" examples help tremendously in the
learning experience as well.
