Static build, static deep and dynamic elements?

Hi list,

i try to use the static building facility. It works! But the results is
not exact what i want!
I have a catalog page without any scan tag and in this page, there are
some links to another subcatalog page with scan tag. I want to build
all this page static, but i don't want any scan1.html, scan2.html etc.
pages or i don't want a static link in all my subcatalog pages.

How can i build a static subcatalog page with a dynamic scan tag inside?

I have believed, minivend regonize any dynamic MV tag in any page and MV
will not build this page static or build this page static with dynamic
elements. E.g. i have a results page with 

[perl], [scratch..], [if scratch..] etc. at the first half of this page.

After static building i get a second half of this page static. =8-O

I can't understand a part of MV document, which tell me something about
the StaticPage and StaticPattern directive. Can anyone explain me with
an example?

Any hints, helps, tips are very welcome!
