My understanding is that Minivend will run on nearly all flavors of Unix as
long as a high enough version of Perl is installed. Apparently it will
also run on a Windows NT server, though I have seen alot of problem reports
come across this list for that platform.
I am certain that server requirements are given somewhere at minivend.com.
With regards to domian hosting by an ISP (which happens to be the case with
our minivend site), you really NEED to have shell access and your own
cgi-bin directory in your domain space. Other than that, I would think
that most ISP's are capable of having Minivend run on their servers.
