You have to change the Catalog directive to match the Location.

Ex :

Before

Catalog simple	/home/catalogs/simple	/cgi-bin/store

After

Catalog simple	/home/catalogs/simple	/store

If using INET mode, you must permit the webserver to connect
to MiniVend using the TcpHost directive.

If using UNIX mode, you have to make sure that the webserver's
user has access to the MiniVend socket. There is a small
problem there, in the sense that there isn't a way to tell
MiniVend how to set the permissions on this socket. It resets
them to 600 everytime it is restarted.
