Evaluating your shopping cart software

I am interested in your shopping cart software. I have a list of 
requirements that I need to make sure your software meets. Please let 
me know if there's anything on my list that your software cannot do.

• user easy-to-use
• download order files and transaction logs
• SSL (what ever that means)
• Add or delete products
• edit product attributes and changes in shipping costs
• search functions (for sometime down the road)
• customer receives email receipt confirming order
• I receive email notification each time an order is received
• shopper can print out completed order form if they wish to mail in
order w/check
• tax and shipping (sales tax for Ohio residents) include shipping to Canada
• weight threshold shipping charge is based on the weight of the order
• select the regions where they must collect tax and percentage of tax
to be collected
• multiple product attributes such as size and color
• customer has the option to continue shopping, modify their cart, or
proceed to check out
• customer always know the exact amount of purchase before they pay
• be able to add commerce capabilities with on line credit card processing
• I would guess the customer needs to be able to give shipping address
and billing addresses if different
