Hmm. I thought I did put in documentation on this useful little primitive
added in 3.12:

I guess I only put it in the WHATSNEW file, sorry.
No wonder no one seems to have picked up on this yet. I think it is
a better way for most people to do locale differences than [L] .. [/L].
It is also lightning-quick compared to an [if....].
If you search the default site search for Locale, I think the link to the
WHATSNEW page showing this comes up as the first link. Unfortunately, I forgot
to [ the bracket and it is interpreted.... 8-)
