Hi JoJo,
I had the same question as you have (how can I support you?) and
like to suggest or solicit some help as well. Having only worked
with an English book catalog a long time ago, I like to try out
a multilingual test catalog (books) on the upcoming MV4.
What would be of help for me, is finding some sample book related
product.asc files for French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and German book
titles as they are provided by wholesalor's databases in those
countries. (Let's say 4000-10000 titles each)
Of course if someone has files for Russian and Japanese Book titles or
any other language and wouldn't mind donating them for testing purposes
purely that would be great too.
I can't afford to pay another license fee for the databases provided
by the various wholesalors in Europe and would appreciate some help
in getting data at no cost. Test catalog would be made public, if I
manange to make one. 8-)
Anyone who deals with books and would like to give me some hint where
to get data, please email me.
Thanks,
Birgitt Funk
