When I see questions like this, I am very puzzled.
Doesn't anyone employ the power of their computer systems?
find . -type f | xargs grep SUBTOTAL | grep SHIPPING
That does it on UNIX, and I am sure even Windows has some sort
of recursive find program.
And no, I can not tell you where it is -- it is set in configuration
files and I cannot be sure.
