Unless you are doing something special on the basket page which REQUIRES
form processing on exit, you can just use a regular minivend-extended HREF
to go to the checkout page, and wrap it around the button graphic:
<a href="[area ord/checkout]">button.gif</a>
You can put this in place of the "submit" input button that is there now.
This is just like clicking the "checkout" link on the menubar of the simple
demo. It works fine.
